Job summary

Panda Express, a Panda Restaurant Group company in the United States, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead the team to meet financial targets.
• Hire, train, coach and manage associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure execution of brand standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to develop future leaders.
