Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support a store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
