Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, the family of Panda Express restaurants, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program and join the Panda community to support your success.
