Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in North Las Vegas, NV. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that values growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
