Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda Express is committed to developing our family of associates through paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. Training of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to financial targets and food safety standards.
• Manage scheduling including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
