Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs provided by the company.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
