Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.

We provide over 8 weeks of store leadership training and mentorship to support your success. Locations are within 50 miles of home, with a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise team to ensure timely service and adherence to standards.
• Support leadership training and development through the training program.
