Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, and paid Store Management Leadership Training with mentorship and Panda community support for your success. Flexibility for travel within 50 miles and a demanding schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
