Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. This full-time role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willingness

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
