Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

The company offers an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Applicants should be prepared for flexible scheduling, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training, and daily supervision to ensure store success.
• Participate in Panda leadership training program to develop management skills.
