Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single location. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship from the Panda community that supports your career growth. This role requires a flexible schedule and relocation within 50 miles of home to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training during onboarding.
