Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, coaching and supervision to meet performance targets.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program to develop store management skills.
