Eligible candidates participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to develop strong store leaders, with flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius as needed and a schedule that includes openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store’s training program and ensure successful execution of the leadership development plan (8+ weeks).
