The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, relocation flexibility within a 50-mile radius, and a dynamic work schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead the 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
