Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single location and drive guest satisfaction, financial results, and team performance.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations; participate in an 8+ week leadership program and advance within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., a national family of restaurants.

This role requires flexibility to open/close, weekends, and holidays and a readiness to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Attend and support an 8+ week leadership training program.
