Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship from a supportive Panda community.

This role requires relocating within 50 miles of home and a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and implement a leadership training program to develop the team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and brand requirements.
