Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Scottsdale. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda restaurant, hire and supervise associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship through the Panda community to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive the store toward success.
