Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth store performance and exceptional guest service.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for long-term leadership within the company.
