Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead the store through an 8+ week leadership training program.
