Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead an individual Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and meet financial goals. You will hire, supervise, and coach associates, while participating in leadership training to prepare for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop store team through a structured leadership program and ongoing coaching.
• Drive store performance to achieve sales and guest satisfaction objectives.
