Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Panda University provides paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community to help you succeed.

As a Store Manager, you will run a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial targets, and ensure guests receive exceptional service. An eight-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.
