Qualifications

• Mobility: must be able to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet business goals and deliver exceptional service.
• You will participate in or complete the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program provided by Panda.
