• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team through an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
• Drive store performance through strong operations standards, guest service, safety and compliance.
