Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to support your career growth within a family of associates who care about your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
• We will provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
