Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Monterey, CA. You will hire, supervise, and inspire team members to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes overseeing training programs and coordinating with the leadership development team to drive store success. A flexible schedule and community-minded leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success by executing the leadership training and applying the management practices learned during the program.
• Oversee the 8+ weeks of store leadership training provided to prepare for success.
