The role includes leading a comprehensive training program and leveraging company-provided leadership development resources to advance within the organization. A flexible schedule including openings/closings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain it.
