• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, guiding associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee hiring, supervision and direction of team members to ensure smooth store operation.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
