Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Concord, California is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, and achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will begin with an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store is a success and provide leadership to the team.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
