You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
