Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure implementation of Panda standards and drive store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
