Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Mobility within 50 miles to a store.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification required for food safety.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Drive the store to success by enforcing Panda standards and executing company policies.
• Prepare associates for potential promotion through leadership development and on-the-job training.
