Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in McAllen, TX. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship from the Panda community to support your success through every step of your career with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and drive for store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
