Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single store in Texas. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It’s your responsibility to make the store a success.

To prepare you for success, we provide eight or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community that cares about your career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification
