Job summary

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction. A program of 8+ weeks of store leadership training is provided.

We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
