Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single location in Ohio. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility to work openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a 50-mile relocation consideration and Serve Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and financial performance.
• Provide and participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
