Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda store and lead staff to meet financial and guest-satisfaction goals.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to ensure smooth store performance.
• Complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
