Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, hire and manage staff to meet financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs for store teams.
