Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, manage, and direct associates while ensuring operational excellence and safety standards.

You will participate in an eight‑week or longer Store Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success and career growth within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
