Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
