Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in the United States. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of eight or more weeks will prepare you for success.

Flexibility is required to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays within a 50-mile radius of home; Serve Safe certification is preferred. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the store's leadership training program and mentorship opportunities to drive success.
• Support the Panda community with a focus on personal and professional development for associates.
