We offer an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and development within a supportive Panda community focused on your success. You must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and achievement of financial targets.
• Manage opening/closing, scheduling, and staffing with a focus on efficiency.
• Participate in 8+ weeks leadership training program for store managers.
