Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, direct, and develop associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A comprehensive leadership training program (8+ weeks) is provided to prepare you for success. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays is required, as well as a willingness to relocate within 50 miles of the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of store location.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Serve Safe certified or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial targets and guest experience goals.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
