Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. We will provide an 8+ weeks of store leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant safety certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
