Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Drive store performance to meet financial targets while maintaining operational standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
