Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Aurora, Colorado. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising associates, and driving guest experiences to ensure our standards are met.

We provide an 8+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you grow and succeed within our organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store leadership training program spanning 8+ weeks to prepare for success.
