You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead store leadership training program and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance and drive success through Panda's standards.
