Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead store leadership training program and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance and drive success through Panda's standards.
