Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in Colorado. You will own the day-to-day operations, including hiring, directing staff, and driving financial results while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a structured leadership training path, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement to General Manager after completing the program and required evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda store and lead store associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members; ensure compliance with Panda standards and policies.
• Support development path toward General Manager through the leadership training program and ongoing assessments.
