Job summary

You will participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success. You will hire and coach associates, ensure food safety standards, and maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required for food safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store under guidance to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
