• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
