Panda Restaurant Group is hiring for a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will also participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of staff, and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
